Each Ritz

What is the Best Local Place to Print Digital Pictures?
I want to send my digital pictures to a local store for printing.
I want:
1. a reasonable price
2. a store that allows files up to roughly 5 or 6 MB each.
3. a store that gives you plenty of space to store pictures.
4. a store that doesn't charge a "handling fee" --- (I don't want to pay $2 or so if I end up wanting to only print one photo.)
I have thought of Walmart (not convenient for me), CVS, Ritz, Target.
I was disappointed that Ritz only gives you space for 100 pictures or 90 MB. Neither is that great.
It depends where you are. On the west coast, Walgreen's is pretty good. They have editing tools online, prices are very good and there is a Walgreen's in every neighborhood if not several. You can also share the pictures with your friends and family and they can get the pictures printed at any Walgreen's stores if you allow them.
For online ordering, SnapFish, ShutterFly and Kodak Gallery are all the same. If you have a large amount, you can find some coupons online for good discount.
Costco is also cheap and allows large amounts of upload, but Costcos are not in every neighborhood.
