My Teen Getting High On Bath Wash?

I have heard of this White Ivory and other drugs that teens are using to get high and never really thought anything of it. However, this afternoon, my sixteen year old daughter came in smelling like cigarette smoke. I went to check her room and under her bed, found a container of bath salt called "Ultra Softening Body Soak, Lavender and Chamomile." It's from Village Naturals, Bath Shoppe. I have researched the ingredients that cause a "high" from these bath salts and haven't found any of these ingredients in this body soak. Is it at all possible that my child can be getting "high" from this stuff?
